Protein
Perfection

Put away all the protein powders and shakes and do what the American Heart Association says to do: eat two servings of fish per week. In each fillet of Tilapia there is 26g of protein. It's hard to find a healthier source of protein that will benefit your bones, muscles, blood, cartiledge, and skin.

OH MY OMEGA!

A 3-ounce serving of Tilapia provides over 100mg of the long chain, omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. Given that 100mg of omega-3 fatty acids is the average daily intake in the U.S., Tilapia should be considered a better choice than most other protein alternatives.

Family Matters

We know we’re supposed to eat more fish, but how do you get kids to eat it?  Feed them fish that doesn’t taste “fishy”! Tilapia quickly accepts the flavor of whatever sauces or spices you use in preparation.  It’s a family favorite!
